Feel better sooner after hysterectomy, myomectomy or other lower abdominal surgery with Post Op Panty. Post Op Panty features anatomic medical grade compression to reduce pain, bloating, swelling and tenderness after hysterectomy or other abdominal surgeries.

The high waist style focuses compression on the front of the abdomen and helps reduce common post-surgical symptoms like gas, bloating and swelling; commonly referred to as “swelly belly” after lower abdominal surgery. Post Op Panty provides comfortable, full abdominal support to help speed recovery without the constrictive 360 degree compression of support panties or abdominal binders.

Unlike traditional panties, Post Op Panty has a fluted waist which will not dig or cut into your tender tummy.

Post Op Panty also lets you get back to your normal activities sooner. Post Op Panty provides support and compression to help reduce pain and make moving around more comfortable.

Doctor recommended, Post Op Panty offers convenient, pull-on-and-go compression so you can feel better faster.

Recommended use after hysterectomy, myomectomy and other lower abdominal surgeries.

Covered by most private insurance with a prescription. Learn more about how you can get our doctor designed and recommended, Post Op Panty, for little or no out-of-pocket cost. For questions regarding insurance reimbursement please contact medical@upspringbaby.com

Post Op Panty is also FSA/HSA approved.  Use your FSA/HSA spending card to purchase online.  No prescription needed.

love this product
I just had LAVH on 7/22/15 and I will tell you that I could not walk around without wearing these panties the compression is just right. The hospital gives some sorta nylon panty but they do not work and you can't even stand up straight.I had my nurse get the post op panties from my bag and there was an instant change i could stand better and walk around more easily. I highly recommend this product.

Size down
Ordered these to keep things in place after a total hysterectomy. I wear a size 8-10, so I ordered the large. I washed them before I wore them, but then found that they were WAY too big. Not the company's fault - my own judgment! So if you're in between sizes - order the smaller size.

Mrs.
I had a radical hysterectomy. Sleeping became easier from day one. I can now lay flat and on my side. Movement is less painful. I hesitated because of the price but was not disappointed! Highly recommended!

Good, but too large leg opening
I am 73, 5.6” and 150lbs, 42” hip. I had LAVH two weeks ago, 5 incisions, and found these online after realizing I needed some abdominal support. Why doesn’t anyone tell you this? Bought the L/xl as I normally wear 14. The abdominal support is great, and the high top does not roll, it comes to my bra line. I do wish they had smaller leg opening though, they are cut like those 1/2 way to hip bathing suits. I am wearing over my regular panties and they come 3” above panty line on outside of my legs. Tried pulling them down, only to have a saggy bunch of fabric around butt and crotch. If I had inguinal hernia it would bulge out below panty line. I know not made for this but thought I’d mention for info. I am wearing them, and will continue to do so, especially since I have an international trip coming up in 2 weeks. I just wish they had more of regular panty cut at the legs. This is my reason for omitting a star.
